Current Job Opportunity: Front Desk Associate

The pay for this full-time position is $17.00 per hour. The shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 11pm-7am.

Job Description

As a Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment, monitoring the lobby, and handling incoming calls, requests, and deliveries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operation and excellent service by communicating effectively with team members, management, residents, and guests.
  • Managing deliveries and sign-ins according to property-specific systems.
  • Facilitating contractor, realtor, and visitor access.
  • Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
