This is a part-time position paying $16.50 per hour, with a schedule on Saturday and Sunday from 5 pm to midnight.

WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 U.S. markets.

A typical day at one of our front desks…

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area. You are the first person residents (and their guests) interact with when they arrive home. Our Front Desk Associates are the 'heart' of the property and are highly valued by residents. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, handling incoming calls/requests, and managing package/food deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operation and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.

We seek candidates who work well independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being welcoming and making eye contact are essential!
