Homewood Suites by Hilton South Bend Notre Dame Area is seeking a front desk associate to deliver warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure at our hotel operated by JSK Hospitality.

You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, payments, and guest requests while upselling amenities and maintaining a welcoming lobby. You will also balance cash, complete shift reports, and assist other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS familiarity; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

About the Role

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
