Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Homewood Suites by Hilton South Bend Notre Dame Area to warmly greet guests from arrival to departure. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest requests while upholding brand standards.

Role requires flexible availability including nights and holidays; 18+ years old, strong customer service, and PMS/cash handling comfort. Opportunity for growth and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS comfort; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for our guests. Deliver warm, efficient, brand-standard service from arrival to departure at our Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
• Assist with guest requests, directions, local information, and special needs.
• Upsell rooms and services and promote hotel amenities.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and supplies.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete shift reports.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or elevate appropriately.
• Support other departments as needed for seamless operations.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Deliver Homewood Suites by Hilton service standards and enroll guests in the loyalty program.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; prior hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS comfort; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
