Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to welcome patients, manage check-in procedures, and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information in the chart and computer systems.
Based in a fast-paced clinic environment, you will support lobby operations, assist with phones, and back up front office staff while delivering compassionate, professional service.
Front Desk Assistant
Greeting patients, performing check-in procedures, maintaining current demographic and insurance information in computer and in the chart, performing office opening procedures, petty cash balancing, co-pay/co-insurance collection, and assisting patients as needed. Primary focus is servicing patients in the lobby with backup for phones and other front office personnel.
1-2 years experience in healthcare background
ASC Director and/or Office Supervisor.
High School Diploma, with 1-2 years experience in healthcare background
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
Normal busy office environment with much patient contact. Occasional evening work.
