The Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for residents, students, and visitors seeking assistance from Housing and Accessibility Services. This position provides customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions related to housing and accessibility accommodations, responding to phone calls, and assisting with general office operations. Front Desk Assistants conduct lockouts, proctor exams as needed, complete special projects assigned by Housing and Accessibility Services staff, and help monitor, document, and communicate concerns or issues that require professional staff follow-up.
