East West Hospitality's Charter property in Beaver Creek, CO, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver energy, professionalism, and warmth during check-in/check-out and reservations. You’ll assist guests, share local recommendations, handle concerns, and promote amenities.

The Charter is looking for a Front Desk Agent who’s ready to bring energy, professionalism, and warmth to every guest interaction. In this front-line role, you’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and a smile—while helping guests make the most of their stay by sharing all that our property and the surrounding area have to offer. • Guest Assistance: Answer questions, provide recommendations, and make every guest feel at home.

• Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile, turning challenges into solutions.
