Job summary

State College Toftrees Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to greet guests and manage check-in and check-out in a timely, professional manner.

You will provide information about local attractions, handle payments, and generate daily reports while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and coworkers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Generate daily reports for designated departments.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
