Job summary

State College Toftrees Resort is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas. You will follow franchise standards, report maintenance needs, and handle guest requests while upholding guest privacy and security.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with emphasis on quality, safety, and thorough cleaning procedures. Prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
