Job summary

The Field Burger & Tap is seeking a hotel front desk associate to provide friendly, efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out. You will handle payments, provide information, and assist visitors in a professional manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with knowledge of local activities aiding guest recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
