Job summary

Cedar Point Amusement Park is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support guests at Sawmill Creek. You will greet guests, check-in and check-out, handle payments, sell admission and add-ons, and answer questions in person or by phone.

The position is part-time, year-round, 18+ with an hourly wage of $16.00. Training is provided, uniforms are free, and employees receive free admission to Cedar Point and other properties, plus discounts and special events.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+, part-time, year-round availability.
• Ability to greet guests with a positive attitude and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to check guests in/out, process payments, and answer questions.
• Ability to learn and use the Opera property management system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and smile; assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Collect payments, sell tickets and add-ons, answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Maintain guest information securely and confidentially.
• Coordinate with shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service per Six Flags standards and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Ability to check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Ability to solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed
