Job summary

Six Flags Corp is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Cedar Point’s Sawmill Creek property in Sandusky, OH. The role is part-time, year-round, offering $16.00/hour with perks such as free uniforms and free admission to Cedar Point and other properties.

Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, selling tickets, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining guest information securely, while upholding Six Flags standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed.
• Charismatic attitude.
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest information, including credit card information, securely.
• Check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Resolve guest concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area per Six Flags guidelines.
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
