Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Front Desk Associate to help ensure smooth check-in and room-rate accuracy in a busy casino environment. Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, you will handle check-outs, respond to guest requests, and provide bell assistance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; hotel/front desk experience is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; front desk/hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check out vacant and clean rooms and update rack statuses.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
• Respond to guests checking out via video check-out; offer bell assistance at departure.
