Hyatt Place LAX Century Blvd in Los Angeles by the airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay and smooth check-ins.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, offering local insights, managing reservations, and addressing guest questions with professionalism. Candidates with hospitality experience or strong customer service skills are encouraged; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; on-site role

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a hotel preferred, but training offered.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and hotel software (Opera, Colleague Advantage).
• Fluent English; Spanish helpful.
