The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome from arrival to departure. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs with professionalism.

This role emphasizes accuracy in guest records and payments, a strong service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS a plus.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and set the tone for the stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately with proper guest records.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in person; share hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area reflecting the hotel’s standards.
• Provide concierge guidance on dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.
