Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful demeanor and caring personality.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register arriving guests, obtaining all pertinent information.
• Efficiently conduct check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering; log and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Respond to guests’ requests and take appropriate action.
• Handle guest billing and cash transactions per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local points of interest.
• Answer the telephone professionally and assist guests with questions.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments.
• Communicate with departments regarding VIPs and special requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
