White Lodging is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register arrivals, and manage reservations for a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, provides outstanding service, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

This on-site role in Chicago offers flexible scheduling, growth across multiple properties, and a supportive team culture. Prior hospitality experience helps but is not required; DailyPay is available to eligible

Responsabilités

• Welcome and register hotel guests.
• Manage reservations and ensure seamless check-in and check-out.
• Follow cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Develop knowledge of staff, services, hours, rooms, rates, amenities.
• Assist in maintaining lobby and entrance cleanliness.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
