Qualifications

• Proficient in math and critical thinking is required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced front desk environment.
• Experience with PM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk service to overnight and day guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and check-ins with accuracy and courtesy.
• Support guest satisfaction and smooth operations during busy periods (up to 100 guests/day on weekends).
