Job summary

Residence Inn Pensacola Airport/Medical Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent. The role covers 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) with weekend/holiday flexibility to support guest needs. You will warmly welcome guests, perform check-ins/outs, handle requests, and maintain front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have hotel or guest service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a customer-first mindset focused on accuracy and courtesy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Criminal background screening required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register guests (check-ins/outs), assign rooms and manage requests.
• Understand daily hotel operations, policies and procedures.
• Know brand systems, loyalty programs, rates, packages and promotions.
• Assist guests with problems and questions; resolve issues promptly.
• Answer phones, take messages, and handle mail.
