Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Desk Agent at River Terrace Inn in Napa to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with a focus on excellent service. You will respond to guest inquiries and ensure accurate billing in a courteous, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, strong communication, and familiarity with PMS systems. Competitive pay is offered alongside health benefits and a 401k plan.

Inviting rooms and suites with calming river views and warm fireplaces welcome guests back after days spent exploring the Valley. The Inn provides Napa visitors with accommodations that feel like home while staying true to Wine Country’s chic, boutique aesthetic. Our restaurant ALBA Bar & Cafe is open daily for breakfast, and small bites in the evening at the Bar. We also have (3) private rooms for banquets & catered events.

A day in the life...

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming first impression for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. This role ensures excellent customer service, accurate billing, and smooth daily front desk operations while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operational needs

In return, the Front Desk Agent will be rewarded with competitive compensation. We offer health benefits, Nonstop Health benefits program, paid Vacation, Pay on Demand and a 401k savings plan which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment. The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment. In addition, employees are eligible for the Employee Rate and Family & Friends Rate discount Program at both Noble House and Marriott properties.
