Job summary

River Terrace Inn in Napa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and event operations.

You will report to the Director of Outlets, mentor servers, ensure outstanding guest service, manage scheduling and labor costs, and uphold cleanliness and standards. Weekend, holiday and evening shifts expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FOH operations, POS/reservation systems, and scheduling software.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service certification required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule; able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and event operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee POS, cash handling, openings/closings, and compliance.
• Coordinate banquet events, VIP experiences, and special functions.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational systems.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A day in the life...

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a senior front-of-house team member who works closely with the Director of Outlets to ensure outstanding guest service, smooth daily operations, and high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency. You’ll lead by example, support and train servers, and help maintain the restaurant’s ambience, reputation, and profitability. You will report to the Director of Outlets. This is a Full-time position; please expect some weekend, holiday, and evening shifts

You own this if you have...
