Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a part-time Prep Cook/Dishwasher at River Terrace Inn in Napa. You will support the kitchen by preparing ingredients, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to ensure smooth service.

The role requires a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and basic knife skills. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with benefits including Pay on Demand and retirement options.

River Terrace Inn

A day in the life...

The Prep Cook/Dishwasher involves supporting the kitchen by preparing ingredients and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Duties include washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assisting cooks with basic food preparation tasks. Throughout the shift, the role also focuses on washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitation standards, and keeping dish and prep areas clean. At the end of the day, responsibilities include deep cleaning stations, taking out trash, and restocking supplies to prepare the kitchen for the next service.

Basic knife skills, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are also important. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not always required.
