Ideal candidates bring prior front desk experience, strong computer skills and a guest-centric mindset. Marriott brand familiarity is a plus; flexible shifts including weekends are available at this historic downtown Columbus hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience required.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest focus.
• Proficient computer and POS system skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assist with check-in/check-out.
• Input guest information, confirm room rates, and assign rooms.
• Process payments and manage currency exchange and gift cards as needed.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
