Job summary

The Standard High Line seeks a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle smooth check-ins and check-outs, and offer local insights to enhance stays. You will also assist with room changes, bill review, and guest requests with a focus on service excellence.

This role requires 1–3 years of front desk experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-end hotel environment. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar front office role.
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred per job requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a busy hotelfront desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs with Opera.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue and review bills with guests.
• Provide information on hotel services, local area, and directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and bell staff for timely arrivals.
• Process cash/credit transactions accurately and balance the cashier.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
