The Lowline Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with a focus on creating memorable stays. You will be the first point of contact, providing information on local attractions and hotel services through every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
• Clerical and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently and courteously upon arrival.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Serve as the hotel operator, handling phone inquiries and guest requests.
• Perform concierge duties, providing information about local attractions, dining, and services when needed.
• Settle guest accounts accurately upon departure.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout the guest’s stay.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s standards of service.
