Landry’s invites applications for a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide information to ensure a memorable stay. This role emphasizes guest service excellence and teamwork within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and basic billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Register arriving guests by completing paperwork and obtaining payment information.
• Settle balances of departing guests by accepting payments and handling cash.
• Answer guest inquiries about entertainment or attractions and provide general information.
• Print and process routine reports and assist in training new staff.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Uphold guest relations and refer complaints to the appropriate personnel when unable to satisfy guests.
• Assist other departments with requirements pertinent to hotel guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment in area of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
