AC Portland Downtown, part of the Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy. You will handle reservations, cash transactions, and guest inquiries while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and fluency in English; no prior experience required. The role emphasizes cash handling and customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment with growth opportunities within Sage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and completes check-in procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Assists with check-out to close guest accounts and prepare rooms for next guest.
• Handles cash transactions accurately according to hotel policy.
• Communicates hotel rates and information to guests and suggests additional rooms to sell.
• Maintains guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operates PBX to answer calls, set wake-up calls, and assist guests.
