Job summary

Aloft Portland Airport Hotel at Cascade Station is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of our front desk. You will ensure a welcoming environment, assist guests from check-in to check-out, and share local knowledge to enhance their stay.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of related experience. You must be people-focused, able to work varying shifts, and comfortable handling cash and using a PMS system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Provide local recommenations for restaurants, events and activities.
• Handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and use PMS and databases accurately.
