Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs registration and room assignment duties.
• Handles check-out and processes room payments.
• Maintains related records and backup reports.
• Receives and directs phone calls and messages.
• Accepts reservations and administers wake up calls.
• Coordinates with housekeeping on check-outs.
• Prints backup reports and completes cashier close-out.
• Stays informed about events on the property and attends trainings.
• Maintains confidentiality and respects Native American culture.
• Ensures asset security for Leech Lake Gaming.
