Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Strong computer (POS) skills.
• Must meet Tribal/State licensing requirements and pass a background check.
• Must submit to drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive guest relation.
• Greets all guests entering the establishment and thanks them.
• Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Computes guest check totals with speed and accuracy.
• Provides prompt service to guests and employees.
• Maintains proper serving techniques.
• Follows health regulations and safety precautions.
• Completes setup, closing duties, and side work as assigned.
• Keeps the establishment clean and well maintained.
• Maintains knowledge of events at the property.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
• Operates within HR policies, TICs, and related regulations.
• Secures assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
