The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding company standards and safety procedures. On-site work with flexible shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and review property amenities and hours of operation.
• Respond to questions, concerns and requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features to guests and ensure requests are met to their satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to the appropriate department; assist with bellman/runner duties as needed.
• Greet guests, interact professionally, and contribute to team goals while following safety procedures.
