Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a Guest Services Agent for part-time shifts in Tempe, AZ. The role involves checking guests into villas, explaining amenities and local activities, and ensuring guest satisfaction through collaboration with multiple departments.

The position requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and willingness to participate in background/drug checks as per policy. On-site parking is provided as a site perk.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities, hours of operations, and local activities.
• Responds to guests' questions and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features and locations (keys, ice, vending, etc.).
• Follows up to ensure requests are met to guests' satisfaction.
• Answers calls and routes to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.

As a Guest Services Agent, a typical day will include:

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to help resolve guest issues.
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas, etc.)
• Follow up with Owner/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable.
• May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Guest Services Agent at AAH:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
