Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a Housekeeper to help create memorable vacation experiences for Owners/guests in a supportive, friendly environment.

As a Housekeeper you will clean villas, restock amenities, report room status, and participate in team tasks while upholding company standards and safety procedures.

This position offers competitive pay at $24.04 per hour and site perks such as on-site parking, dining discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.
• Restock guest amenities, linens and用品 as per standards.
• Report room status to supervisor or front desk.
• Transport supplies and maintain the housekeeping cart and carts area.

As a Housekeeper, a typical day will include:

• Clean the entirety of villas (I.E. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standards.

• Complete assigned tasks (I.E. Rooms Board) within the scheduled shift.

• Replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.

• Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.

• Fill the Housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.

• Follows all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at AAH:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
