Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome Owners/guests and facilitate memorable villa experiences in Honolulu. You will guide guests through property amenities and local activities, respond to questions, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities, hours, and local activities.
• Listen and respond to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Explain room features to guests (keys, ice, vending, etc.) and ensure requests are met.
• Answer telephone calls and route to the proper department; assist with bellman/runner duties when needed.
• Greet guests and interact professionally while supporting team goals and safety procedures.
