Courtyard San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage information, distribute keys, and answer inquiries for an excellent stay. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a Management Development Program for career growth.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience in a brand or luxury hotel setting; strong English communication and willingness to train in hotel systems are valued. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas

$19.00 per hour
