We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and guest-focused hospitality professional to join our growing TEAM as a Front Desk / Guest Service Agent.

As a Front Desk / Guest Service Agent, you will:
Welcome and warmly engage guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
Complete guest check-in and check-out while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assign rooms, distribute keys, and manage guest information in accordance with hotel standards.
Answer guest questions and provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.
Create personalized guest experiences and look for opportunities to exceed expectations.
Handle payments, reservations, and other front-office transactions accurately.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk environment.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards while maintaining a high level of guest service.
Previous front desk, guest service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Experience in a branded or luxury hotel environment is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with guests and TEAM members.
Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining exceptional service.
Comfortable learning and using technology, software, and hotel systems.
Microsoft Office experience is beneficial.
Experience with hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, FOSSE, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus.
Fluency in English required; Spanish or additional language skills are highly desired.
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively using technical or professional terminology, both verbally and in writing.
