Job summary

Slackline Moab, part of the Outset Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide outstanding service that sets the tone for a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates bring front desk hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to cover days, weekends, and holidays; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera, Lightspeed, and related tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
