Job summary

Holiday Inn Peabody is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service from check-in to checkout. You will help create memorable stays and support a seamless guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

The position is part-time with Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shifts (3pm–11pm). A high school diploma and customer service or front desk experience are preferred. MS Office and PMS experience are beneficial; hotel discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; hotel PMS experience is a plus.

Essential Job Functions

• Seeking open availability to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, 3pm -11pm

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
• Primarily standing for majority of shift
