Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests with villa check-ins, local area information, and memorable experiences. You will coordinate with other departments to resolve requests, explain room features, and ensure guest satisfaction across diverse properties.

• Checks Owners/guests into villas for their stay and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Actively listen and respond to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues.
• Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas).
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
