Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO seeks a Front Desk Agent for onsite service. You will check guests in/out, answer questions, and handle front desk transactions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year in front desk/customer service and cash handling; Springer Miller software and MS Office familiarity are preferred. On-site housing may be available; weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare check-in packets and folios.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Act as primary point-of-contact for guests and address concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and other departments.
• Handle transactions at Front Desk and balance cash bank.

Often the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent must first and foremost provide excellent, friendly service to our guests. The Agent is responsible for preparing check-in packets; checking in and checking out guests; answering questions and addressing concerns; and handling transactions at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced and often stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout. This is an onsite position in Breckenridge, Colorado. Variable schedule including weekends, and holidays.
