Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO, is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operation of Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell/Guest Service departments. Position starts at $59,000-$62,000 ability to earn commissions.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will partner with the Front Office Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell/Guest Service departments. Supervisory duties include covering as Manager on Duty, resolving escalated guest contacts, scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining the resort standards. Additional responsibilities will be assisting with guest transactions, check-ins and -outs, answering phones, and excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be strongly customer-oriented; have knowledge of and experience in hotels/resorts, especially winter resorts; be detailed and accurate; and maintain a positive demeanor in an occasionally stressful environment.
