Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge seeks a friendly guest services team member to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms and amenities, contributing to a memorable stay in our mountain resort.

You will answer questions about local attractions, coordinate transportation, and help maintain a safe, welcoming lobby. Experience in guest services and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in cold and adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery.
• Provide directions and escort to Front Desk and rooms.
• Support guest departures with luggage and transportation coordination.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, including delivering items.
• Answer questions about the property, local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Maintain organized storage areas for guest belongings.
• Communicate with Front Desk and other departments to support guest experience.
• Monitor lobby areas for cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and secure storage areas for guest belongings.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk and other departments to support the overall guest experience.
• Monitor lobby and entry areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.
