A leading hospitality management group is seeking a guest service associate to create memorable experiences for guests. This role involves welcoming guests, ensuring timely check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and a passion for customer interaction.

You will help create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests by welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service, either in person or by phone. You will ensure that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. The job requires the ability to:
A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
