Job summary

DoubleTree Bloomfield Hills in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver service at a consistently high standard across assigned shifts. You will keep the team informed on hotel products, pricing, VIPs and events, maximize revenue through up-selling, and promptly handle guest requests or complaints while maintaining professional appearance.
