Job summary

Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is hiring a Front Desk Admin for outpatient services. The role includes greeting patients, handling check-ins/outs, collecting co-pays, and managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate with staff, referrals, and external agencies to support timely care and a positive patient experience while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work Monday-Friday.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Outgoing personality and desire to improve patients' quality of life.
• Interest in physical therapy preferred but not required.
• Willingness to meet physical demands such as lifting and pushing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
• Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
• Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.
