Job summary

Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is seeking a Front Desk Admin for outpatient services in Alabama. You will warmly greet patients, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules to keep the office running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, an outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior exposure to physical therapy is a plus. This is a Monday–Friday position supporting a caring team.

Qualifications

• Available to work Monday–Friday.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a desire to improve patients' quality of life.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in physical therapy; Exercise Science background preferred but not required.
• Willingness to meet physical demands such as lifting, carrying, and pushing.

Job Overview & Work Site

Position Overview:

• Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
• Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
• Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.

License & Experience

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday-Friday
• Strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life
• Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
• An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.
