Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work using Word and Excel. Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes.
The physical demands include navigating the property, lifting weights, prolonged standing and sitting, climbing, handling objects, working at a computer, and detecting alarms. Work may be performed in various environmental conditions with exposure to outdoor elements, noise, fumes, chemicals, machinery, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
$21.00 per hour
Full-time exempt associates are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical plans, dental, vision, paid holidays, time off, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company events.
