You will handle phones, insurance verification, payments, and patient inquiries with confidentiality and courtesy, while supporting a fast-paced clinic environment and cross-training in related areas as needed.

We're hiring a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join our team. This is our take on a front desk position, but it's an important one. You'll be the first person many of our patients see and a big part of making sure their visit starts off on the right foot.
Our clinics can get busy, so we're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in where needed. Flexibility and teamwork are a big part of how we operate, and you may be cross-trained to help in other areas as needed.
Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays and 30+ hours per week.
We're looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is comfortable working with computers and handling confidential information. Previous medical office experience and familiarity with HIPAA are helpful, but just as important is having the right attitude, being dependable, and knowing how to take care of people.
We work hard, but we also believe work should be a place where people can grow, enjoy their team, and have a little fun along the way. From monthly themed dress-up days to a culture built around teamwork and taking care of people, we want our employees to feel like they're part of something bigger than just another shift.
If you're friendly, dependable, and ready to be the face that welcomes our patients through the door, we'd love to hear from you.
