Do You Make a Great First Impression?
If you enjoy talking with people, can make someone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door, and don’t mind a fast-paced day, HealthCARE Express is looking for you.
We’re hiring a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join our team. This is our take on a front desk position, but it’s an important one. You’ll be the first person many of our patients see and a big part of making sure their visit starts off on the right foot.
You’ll greet and check in patients, verify information and insurance, answer phones, collect payments, scan documents, and help with patient questions and requests. You’ll also help keep patient information accurate, maintain confidentiality, keep forms and supplies stocked, and make sure the front desk stays organized and running smoothly.
Our clinics can get busy, so we’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in where needed. Flexibility and teamwork are a big part of how we operate, and you may be cross-trained to help in other areas as needed.
Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays and 30+ hours per week.
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is comfortable working with computers and handling confidential information. Previous medical office experience and familiarity with HIPAA are helpful, but just as important is having the right attitude, being dependable, and knowing how to take care of people.
We work hard, but we also believe work should be a place where people can grow, enjoy their team, and have a little fun along the way. From monthly themed dress-up days to a culture built around teamwork and taking care of people, we want our employees to feel like they’re part of something bigger than just another shift.
If you’re friendly, dependable, and ready to be the face that welcomes our patients through the door, we’d love to hear from you.
