Job summary

Azura of Verona is seeking a Casual Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. The role focuses on warm, friendly customer service in a welcoming reception area and coffee bar at our Verona community.

Shifts run 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, one year of clerical experience, and can communicate clearly in English. Wisconsin-based organization with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of clerical experience is preferred.
• Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor.
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Provide directions and general information about the community.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and messages.
• Assist with basic clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and coffee bar.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with other duties as needed.
